Free shipping for ground shipping within Korea(Jeju and some other areas might have additional fee), International shipping cost varies by country and will calculated in Korean Won(KRW) at checkout.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from Seoul. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days of its ship date if you are located within Korea. We do not ship on the weekend or Korean holidays.

For international shipping we offer EMS Express which takes 5-20 business days depending on customs. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We do not ship on the weekend or Korean holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you may track your order by clicking on Order Tracking at the bottom of the website under the Store tab.

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s). We only accept stuff in new condition, unworn and with original tags attached. The items should be returned within 3 business days for exchanges. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer as well as 3,500₩ for the second shipping fee.

Please send us through your choice of courier by cash on delivery and we will send you the right products as soon as possible.
